No matter what your age or interests, there's something for you and for everyone to be actively involved in when it comes to culture. From the local folklore society and the skateboarders' club to the activities of different political parties and groups – opportunities to get involved abound.

The community centres cater to a wide spectrum of art and culture aficionados: Jazz concerts, musical performances, cabarat shows and community theatre performances, as well as concerts from renowned orchestras with a classical repertoire are regularly held to a full house. There is a lot to learn from the museum collections, ranging from folk art to the history of aviation. The multitude of events offers a rich variety.

Of course, sport and recreation are also important in the NordAllianz. The most popular destinations in summer remain the excellent bathing lakes and the well-marked hiking, walking and cycling paths to and along the banks of the Isar and Amper rivers. Everyone finds a way to spend his or her leisure time in a fun and and active way.
